In the village

spent a nice afternoon the other day walking around a changed Greenwich Village with two close friends visiting from France. The highlight was a great pizza at john's of Bleecker St. which I haven't been to in years, and a nice sit down in the beautiful garden at St. Luke's. So many boarded up stores, but the streets with those great houses are still there so all is well with New York. So many ghosts walked by our sides.
